Nestled in a beautiful piece of Eumundi countryside rests a sizeable Granny Flat, with generous high ceilings giving the impression of vast space.
The brief
Located in a quiet spot on the Eumundi range, this Granny Flat created extra living space for our tree change family. Built with high ceilings and perfectly positioned clerestory’s to give an illusion of space. With two decent sized bedrooms, walk in robe, ensuite and guest bathroom, it looks far bigger than a granny flat.
These clients were perfect partners and we too enjoyed the process.
