The project
This apartment is positioned just across the road from Peregian Beach. Our team were engaged to work with Briana Forster Design to give the kitchen and bathroom a modern renovation.
The brief
Although neat and tidy this apartment had a dark, pokey and awkward 80s style kitchen and a bathroom – both in need a more inspiring colour scheme and a more workable layout.
In the kitchen, outdated cabinetry was removed along with a section of wall opening the space up. With a blank canvas the awkward layout was reconfigured to make it a practical workspace.
The bathroom renovation had the most observable difference. This room was neat but stuck in a time-warp. By removing the corner bath and switching it for a large walk-in shower, a small reconfiguration the room became much more practical, light and spacious.
