The brief
Our client had fallen in love with this properties Coolum Bays beach views. Not long purchased, this space needed to be brought into modern times. It was dark & dreary.
From top to the bottom garage floor, all three levels of our beachfront townhouse were stripped back, renovated and modernised. We’ve used high quality finishings to compliment the million dollar views. Now bright and spacious, really you just don’t want to leave.
