A second storey alteration following architectural plans. The team updated the inside and outside of the second storey of this weekend holiday home.
Following on from the granny flat build below, the entire floor plan above was redesigned and renovated.
To the outside of the home we added exterior cladding, new balustrades, new external hardwood staircase and re-painted.
Then on the inside we removed of old bay window, renovated the kitchen, installed new hardwood bi-folding doors, custom made insect screens, new fireplace, relined, plastered and painted walls inside and out.
Due to the difficult steep slope and narrow access we used a Booster. Boosters are used to lift materials in bulk rather then being carried. This saves time and potential damage to materials.
