This 70’s two bedroom apartment has had a complete makeover from top to bottom. We undertook this apartment renovation with interior designer Briana Forster Design. The apartment has been transformed into a modern yet practical holiday escape. Complete with Bri’s signature eye popping colourful interiors.
The renovation brief
Our brief was to complete a full apartment renovation while respecting other tenants in the building. The floors plan needed some tweaking to open up the living space and also to let in more light. The functionality needed improving with ample storage, and finally modernise throughout.
As a result the apartment has a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring and appliances. The second bathroom and laundry has been opened up to therefore create a much larger, usable space.
We increased the ensuite by removing the toilet. As a result the owners have gained a penthouse style walk in shower. Its just divine.
