Brand new custom home build nestled in a quiet Noosa Street. This project started as a complete knockdown and rebuild. It’s been a journey for sure bringing together ideas from Designer Briana Forster and our client to life.

In a quiet, leafy Noosa street this project began. A year into the project the original builder walked off the job. Our wonderful team took up the reins and steamed ahead creating this beautiful home 100% around our clients needs. The house is very accommodating with all the modern features to make for a comfortable life.

“I started building just before Covid  restrictions were in place. I was recommended WARD BUILDERS by a friend who had worked with them.

There was a lot of preparation work needed on the site as my design required levelling and industrial standard slope retention and control.

Ward Builders delivered good feedback and communication with helpful directions during the process as I moved toward completion, although there were some material access problems. During that time Wards had the trade connections to seek solutions faster and better priced.

The paperwork was detailed so that I knew which areas I could expand or contract.
