Reflections Apartment Renovation

Here’s another fabulous apartment renovation right on the Maroochy river at Picnic Point. Overlooking Chambers Island, this 3 bedroom apartment is located in a 3 storey apartment building with only stair access so cranes and boosters were used to deliver and remove bulk materials and rubbish to site.

The brief was to completely update the apartment. Open up the space, create bigger and better living areas and of course improve storage.  Storage is an issue in any apartment and therefore a focus. Access was limited to crane boosters and the narrow stair well.  However the team didn’t let it phase them.

With careful consideration to other tenants this apartment renovation executed efficiently. The owners now have a rejuvenated, modern apartment a much improved floor plan. Particularly in the laundry, ensuite and bathroom which are now more practical. These rooms are no longer dark and pokey. They’ve been opened up to feel modern and spacious. In addition there’s plenty of room for visiting grandchildren to sit and eat at the breakfast bar and laze around the apartment.
