Noosa Heads

The project

Built in the late 80’s our latest project was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom extension and renovation overlooking the Noosa waterways. The driveway was very steep and posed a slippery hazard in the wet. The holiday home needed not only modernising, but some alterations to make it safe and practical.

The brief

On a soft, sloping block our first major task was extensive earthworks and the installation of heavy duty foundation piling. This ensured foundations of our project and the neighbours were secure.  From here the single garage was converted into living space, a new double garage built at ground level, a connecting lift, new bathroom and an ensuite renovation.
