The project
What a location, in a prime Alex Heads location we took this original 70’s home into modern days. From top to bottom, this home has been renovated, the floorplan reconfigured and more storage installed.
Although facing north, we’ve opened it up to more light and maximised all possible views. The dark little kitchen has moved from the back of the home, up to the new second storey with glorious views. Spacious, practical and a pleasure to work in.
The brief
This brief was to modernise the original house – one of the first on the street with a top to bottom renovation.
