The project
Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in Coolum Beach this new home project is about replacing an entire brick and tile home with a completely new modern beach house in it’s place.
The brief
What was once a reasonably tidy brick home has been replaced by a new modern home. All but the original slab remains. The new custom home is north facing and captures vast amounts of light creating an expansive living area. With a great colour palette, clean lines, this home is highly practical and stylish. An elegant black kitchen leads through to a large butlers pantry with ample storage. We’re delighted with the result and so are the owners!
