Coolum Home Makeover

The project

What started as an extension of a new lower level and master bedroom with ensuite extension, evolved into a full home transformation. From top to bottom this home underwent a functional and aesthetic makeover, giving owners the ultimate beach house retreat.

The brief

Extend the home with 3 new rooms including a lower level extension with games room, laundry and bathroom, and a new master and ensuite. Modernise throughout with elegant new VJ panelled walls, refurbished timber floors, remove some skylights and existing water damage, increase deck ready for a new pool, all new plumbing and electrical.
