Tucked in the same building as our previous project, this particular apartment shares a similar floorplan — with its own set of challenges. As a well-loved second home used by the whole family (grandkids included!), better storage and durability was non-negotiable. The brief called for more beds, smarter storage, and a layout that works for large family stays.
We stripped it back and renovated from floor to ceiling — a huge amount of cabinetry and cupboards throughout for storage, fresh bathrooms, new windows and shutters, full repaint, new plumbing & electrical, new tiles and flooring. The result is a space that looks as good as it lives.

Modernise throughout — a full refresh, top to bottom across the entire apartment
Improve storage — more of it, and better placement to suit hectic family holidays
Improve flow and practicality — working around the apartment’s angular walls, curved walls and awkward nooks to create a layout that makes sense
