Let's talk about design

For renovations we partner with leading Sunshine Coast Interior Designer Briana Forster. Bri has a way of bringing all your colour palette and furnishings together. She spent her childhood around renovations, has been at the helm of her own retail store and clothing line so she brings a wealth of interior design knowledge to the table.

Your initial consultancy will involve a site visit and an in-depth discussion about your likes/dislikes, how you’d like to function withing your home, identify your budget, review timelines & your scope expectations.

This briefing becomes a renovation proposal complete with conceptual renderings, mood boards, scope of works documentation, schedules, styling concepts and of course an estimate.

We’ll supply you with a realistic estimate, everything included, with a realistic time frame. We look forward to hearing from you.

Duporth Renovation

A grand 339m2, waterfront penthouse apartment with panoramic views of the Maroochydore River. Our job was to remove everything except the walls and start again… including the external balcony tiles.
