Front row on the waterways, this neat property had a second storey extension and floor to ceiling renovation.

The brief

Perched on a very picturesque waterfront, this much-loved home was transformed from functional single level to a modern-beachy two storey. A new second storey has added a spacious parents retreat to relax and take in it’s views. Above all else, our clients were amazing to partner with and it all came together perfectly.
