We can advise what council approvals and permits are required and how to obtain them, whether this is through our certifiers or your own. Ward Builders are well established on the Sunshine Coast and we’re proud of our reputation. We simply will not skimp on materials, take shortcuts or outsource our contracts to low cost or poorly trained trades people. We’re hands on, if you sign with us, you’ll be dealing with us. If there is a defect with our work we will always fix it.
Our warranty includes the QBCC Builders Warranty and our own Ward Builders Warranty. It covers natural circumstances such as faults, it excludes normal wear and tear and tampering.
